Holiday Body Butter Duos & Trios

It's the time of year when Holiday scents fill the air. And it's the time of year when The Lost Garden's Holiday Body Butter scents return for a short time! This year you get two of your returning favorites, Winter Cranberry and Candy Cane, plus our newest scent, Holly Berry.

The best way to get all your favorite scents is to grab one of our Holiday Body Butter Duos or Trios. These won't last, so be sure to get yours now! 

Each Duo or Trio set comes with two or three of the 2oz versions of our holiday butters in reusable tins. Each set comes in a paperboard box packed with some festive confetti. The box is decorated with 2 pretty holiday ribbons. Each box decoration is unique--no two are alike! 

(Your design/colors will be chosen at random. They're all really cute, I promise! But sorry, no special requests for colors/stickers due to the limited number of items available).

Shipping Policy
Shipping Zones and Options
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping options for most items include standard and expedited shipping. With the possible exception of body butters or balms shipped between the months of May and September. Please note that depending on weather conditions, some orders containing body butters or balms shipped during these warmer months may ship by expedited shipping only due to the increased possibility of exposure to excessive heat during shipping. This heat can be damaging to natural products, especially temperature-sensitive body butters and balms. To avoid heat damage we may ship by expedited methods when body butters are included in your order. Please see the product listing and shipping options on the product page for the latest information.
Processing Times
**Please complete your orders ahead of the holiday shipping schedules to assure that your items arrive in time.** All in-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Orders completed Sunday-Wednesday will normally ship Friday-Saturday of that week. Orders completed Thursday-Saturday will normally ship Monday-Tuesday of the following week. This shipping schedule may change without prior notice due to holiday deadlines and unexpected shipment carrier delays. We do our best to assure that you receive your items in a timely manner in accordance with our policies but cannot control alterations in shipping times during the holidays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping confirmation and Tracking
You should received shipping confirmation by email after the order has shipped, usually within 24-48 hours of shipment. Once tracking information is available from the shipment carrier you should be able to track your order using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Lost Garden is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Taking pictures of the packaging just as it arrived will be helpful to the claim. Lost packages must be reported to the shipment carrier within 14 days of delivery. If they are unable to locate the lost package, then please contact our support team. Refunds/reships will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the findings of the carrier during the claims process. Please have patience during the holidays as we may experience shipping delays. 
Return policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact The Lost Garden in writing by email within 14 days of delivery. While we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, we do want you to be happy with your purchase and all of your items. So if you are not fully satisfied with any products you purchased from us, please contact us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement items on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our policies.
Body Butter/Balm Disclaimer
Before requesting a refund on products, please read the following: Please note that body butters and balms are temperature-sensitive and may soften, become altered in texture or consistency, or even melt during transit if they are subjected to high temperatures. While we at The Lost Garden do everything we can to assure that your products reach you in perfect shape despite weather conditions,
we cannot control the weather, shipping conditions, or unexpected shipping delays. When you receive your products, open them carefully over a sink or countertop as oils can settle at the top and balms and butters can soften and shift during shipping. We are not responsible to any damage to clothing or other items in the event you do not follow these directions. If the product has softened or melted, place it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours or freezer for 30 minutes to re-solidify it. Try it out within the 14 day window for returns/replacements and if you are still not satisfied with your product please contact us by email to begin the process of requesting a refund or replacement.
